This week is Mardi Gras week, and just as it is a crazy ungodly time elsewhere, Haiti is no exception.
We here at HGM wanted to offer our church members an opportunity to get out and share what God has done in their lives. So many people here are really confused as to what true salvation is. There have been so many groups come from all over and give their version of what and who God really is. We were so blessed to be able to have a burning this week. A gentleman and his wife realized their need of God and as Pastor Elison talked with him, he started bring out all his things that are connected voodoo. As they burned it, the young man kept going into his home and brang out more and more things to burn.
Along with this man 7 others gave their hearts to God this week. God is so great. He is working on others too. We spoke to over 100 people in 2 days and we have plans to go back and visit the same people, and continue the work God has started. Please be praying with us a we are trusting God to continue to work in these people lives.
